1. How long does it take to receive my order?
For customers within the European Union, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 days. For customers outside of the European Union, please allow 21-30 days for delivery. Additionally, please note that we require 2-3 business days for production as each item is made to order.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. 3. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at maciej.grzankaa@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send the item back to us without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that it is important to notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Can I return a sale item or gift card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
7. What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at maciej.grzankaa@gmail.com.
9. Can I return hazardous materials or flammable liquids?
No, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please ensure that you are aware of the nature of the product before making a purchase, as these items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
